Very nice house
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr ,sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Strandzubehör( Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Schwimmbretter, Kühltasche etc.) Super Pool. Super Entertainmentamgebot.

Perfect Villa in Venice that fits all wishes of sophisticated guests
Thank you Tom and Dominika for that wonderful time we were able to spend in your lovely house in Venice, FL. We really enjoyed it very much. As we are a family of 5 (3 kids in the age of 4, 7 and 10) cleanliness and a well equipt house are very important to us. The villa fullfiled all those needs in a perfect way. The pictures you can see depict the reality perfectly well. Actually its even better. The neighborhood is calm and friendly. Nearby there is south venice beach (only 2 minutes by car) you can reach only by a private and free of cost ferry. There you will have a robinson feeling at its best and may collect hundreds of fossil shark teeth. All shops and needs for your daily life you will find in stores just 5 to 10 minutes away. Tom and Dominka are allways answering all questions and inquiries immediately so we felt perfectly well cared for. If we ever had small issues we needed help, Tom was there. Thank you for that perfect service too. With an unusal amount of rain in May Tom even activated the pool heating for free which was lovely and of course the best we could expect for our kids. Thank you again for all your help and services. We recommend the villa without any compromises to our freinds and all those who would like to stay in Florida. By the way, Venice is a real insider tip. Its the perfect location to reach all interessting places at the Florida gulf coast. Sarasota, up to AMI and Tampa, even Orlando and down to Sanibel and Marco Island or the Everglades. Everythin will be reached in an up to 2 hours car drive. For those who don't want to drive and see some nature, Myakka State Park is only 40 minutes away. We love Venice and we have been there and arround for a couple of times now.

Too cute
The home is very cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was helpful when I needed to reach out for information. The TVs were a bit tricky to figure out.

Holiday Vacation
We absolutely loved the Lemon Tree House!! It was very welcoming, the pool area is beautiful and the home was well stocked to meet all of our needs. Tom is a wonderful host and quick to reply!! Over-all a great vacation!!
