Wedding in Buzzards Bay
This was a perfect VRBO for our large group; we were all travelling from New Hampshire and Maine to attend a wedding in Buzzards Bay. It easily accommodated our group of 8, comfortable beds, very clean house, the kitchen was well stocked with many small items that we didn't bring ourselves ( condiments for cooking etc). Matt was gracious to allow us an earlier entry because I made the cake and needed to get it out of our car after a 4 hour drive in the summer weather!BIG PLUS on that one, thank you Matt! Proximity to the venue made it easy to go back and forth without issues over the course of the weekend, and it was also nice and quiet, yard surrounded by trees with a sweet little porch off the kitchen to enjoy coffee in the mornings. All in all, highly recommended for those trying to gather a larger group than many other properties can accommodate in the Buzzards Bay area!

Comfortable, spacious, fun location!
We had a large group stay in this property for a wedding, and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating!

Overall great experience
First appearance walking in, the house was clean. Definitely could use a little better cleaning in the kitchen and in some other areas. Sleeps 12 comfortably but could use more table seating as there was only 4 chairs in the kitchen. We ended up using the patio table in the living room for more table space with the large group we had and it worked out. The owner was very accommodating, allowed us to check in early and was very easy to communicate with, fast response times!!

Fine House
Dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and 2 out of 4 burners on the stove were broken. Also, the ice/water in the door of the refrigerator was not set up. Beds were fine & linens clean. Plenty of towels for the beach. No dish towels or wash cloths and very few hand towels. Sectional couch has seen better days. Did not use the fold out bed. Seating for 4 at the high top table in the kitchen; seating for 4 at the patio set on the deck.

Very close to canal!
In walking distance to the canal, was close to a few small beaches as well. House was very clean, we went with a bunch of small children so there wasn’t a ton of room for them to run around in the backyard but other than that, great stay! Air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.
