Unsatisfactory
Bed was so hard that we actually went out and brought a foam underlay to help. We checked out a week early and moved to the Westin Capetown to try and get some relief from the pain. The shower screen leaked everywhere during our showers which meant we were having to clean up the bathroom and wash towels daily.
Towels wet small and old which meant they were extremely unpleasant to use. You may have noticed we went and brought two new towels.
The sockets in the hallway were hanging loose which is a hazard in itself. The wifi was so minimal that we had no wifi after day three so had to get data roaming on our phones to stay in touch with family and friends. The itemised account of what's in the appartment was not checked off on our arrival and after we examined it the list was so inaccurate that we disregarded its integrity.
The place was so unserviceable that I had to physically remove the air conditioning vents to clean them as they were covered in thick dirt that would not allow the aircon to work.
Disappointing and appalled that our hard earned money was wasted at this appartment.
