It was a wonderful experience we enjoyed our stay!
great location for Many Glaciers and Waterton visits. amazing views! Lila and Dan were fine hosts
great location for Many Glaciers and Waterton visits. Amazing views from front porch. Dated decor but comfortable. Lila and Dan were fine hosts.
Absolutely incredibly awesome!!!!
We could not have been happier. Everything was perfect. The location of this property is just what we were looking for. It is a nice quiet retreat to come back to after a long hike in Many Glacier. Dan and Lila were the perfect hosts. Always available and looking out for us and our wants and needs. The alpacas were a bonus treat and we truly enjoyed watching Dan care for them. An absolutely lovely place to stay and we cannot wait to return next year we did have a little rain and it was so nice to be warm and comfortable while waiting to get out on the trail again. Paul Ranch is a true Montana experience right outside GNP.
Perfect for exploring Glacier NP
This was a perfect location for exploring the east side of Glacier National Park, which was the side we liked the most (and the shuttle was easy to use for the other parts). Rather than being right in the park, it was so nice to have this very private location so we could spread out and also cook our own meals. The property managers were super nice and helpful, and we enjoyed so much the beautiful view over the ranch and of the alpacas coming and going each day.
This is a beautiful, quiet location near the eastern part of Glacier National Park. It was a great place to rest between our visits to the fantastic Many Glacier and St. Mary areas of the park, and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners, and pack lunches.
Be aware that there aren't many places to eat out nearby, but Dan and Lila can give you some pointers.
Watching the alpacas never got old!
Great stay and Great Base for GNP!
We stayed for 4 nights here mid-August using it as a base for Glacier NP. The property managers were friendly and accommodating - providing a pack n play for our 9 month old daughter with sheets and cozy blankets. The property had everything we needed and it was nice to come back to after a long day of hiking! Having a washer and dryer meant we could pack lighter and it was great the washing pods and dryer sheets were provided as well! We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend the location for checking out Many Glacier.
The Grinnel Glacier trail head was about a 30 minute drive in the morning from the property and the Highline Trail at Logan's Pass was a little less than an hour.
