VRBO is a difficult site to get answers. Upon arrival we were not aware they were still working on Tower 2, accessing the beach was a pain because you had tow walk a round about way and only 1 elevator working which the construction crew used hauling material and they also used the renters carts to haul their tools and supplies. inside was nice, we have stayed in this unit at least 2 other times. inside the ac unit was loud every time it kicked on. sounded like someone left a faucet running or toilet overflowing. maintenace was contacted arriving the next day adding freon which helped some. Two days later I received a an email stating I was billed me for the AC repair which I rec'd in error. Halfway thru the stay for two nights I heard hammering and sanding. Come to find out the unit next door was being renovated & the contractor was working after hours which is against the rules of the complex. I had lost my mother two weeks prior and needed this vacation with my husband, my 4 month only grandchild, daughter and her spouse which turned out to be an exhausting vacation in fact my daughter left a day early. We have always enjoyed the quiet time at Shoreline but this time had a lot of unnecessary hiccups during this visit. Just a heads up you may want to bring your own pull cart to haul in/out your belongings, since construction keeps taking the carts for their tools. Also both close exits to the beach from the garage are blocked so you have to walk the long way around.
