We rented the Bay Princess unit after viewing a previous review stating that the property was clean, but needed updating. When we arrived, it was obvious that there was recently a leak with the water heater. The doors that hid the wager heater were removed and left in the master bedroom, leaning against the wall. We also noticed that the doors that were supposed to hide the laundry section could not close. We also noticed that the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, as were the curtains. When we sent an email to the rental company expressing our disappointment in the unit, they never responded. We did however see the property maintenance person arrive on our final day to hang the doors. He was very nice, but did not represent the rental company. The rental company clearly does not value their customers. The property itself (the Bay Princess) cared for the exterior property very well. The condo association obviously takes pride in the property. I can’t say the same for Holiday Rentals.
