Moderne 200 m2 (2150 sq ft) zweistöckige Penthouse-Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern in der besten Gegend von Historic Belgrad. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Flat-TV und Satelliten-Kanälen in Originalversion. Alles ist in einem sehr kurzen Fußweg einschließlich Skadarlija (Fußgängerzone mit traditionellen Restaurants und Bars), Kalemegdan (Belgrader größte Park mit alten osmanischen Festung), das Nationaltheater, das Nationalmuseum, Knez Mihajlova (Haupteinkaufsstraße), Bars und Restaurants von Strahinjica Bana Straße, nur um einige zu nennen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude von einer Wende des 20. Jahrhunderts befindet, (2. Stock zu Fuß bis) und die Wohnung wurde komplett nach den höchsten Standards renoviert.

Besonders erfreulich war die sehr gute Ausstattung des Apartments, vor allem was Verbrauchsgegenstände angeht.
Wir durften uns sogar, ohne Mehrkosten, am reichhaltigem Schnaps- und Weinvorrat der Wohnung nach belieben bedienen.
I can tell you, we were Lucky with this rental ! best location in town, in the middle of the old quarter, directly by the cafés and nice restaurants, couldn't be better!
The apartment was big and clean, with big confortable beds.
Plus, the house keeper were really nice and helpfull !
All this made a perfect long week-end ! What else!!!

The apartment is as lovely as the photos with a really well equipped kitchen but there are so many great places to eat nearby that we were spoiled.
We had a great experience from Jacqueline and her team answering all of our questions to organizing everything we needed for our stay. Milica is such a sweet lady and was very attentive to our needs and cleaning schedule. The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city, this is the place!
We hope to be back next year.
I stayed 3 days in this wonderful house with other 6 friends and everything was great.
The house was extremely clean and a perfect habit during rainy days.

We are a family of 6, four boys 2, 6, 9, and 11. We no longer fit into a hotel room and enjoy the space of apartment rentals. This apartment was light and bright, spotless and convenient to everything! We were met by a wonderful greeter named Milica who gave us all the details about the apartment and things to do in the area. My boys called the apartment "amazing". They loved that they had there own TV (in three of the bedrooms). We loved that we had a lot of comfortable space to relax in when we were not out touring. I even cooked breakfast and dinner in the well appointed kitchen. The only thing to be aware of, there are a lot of steps. It was perhaps on the equivalent of a "fourth floor walk up.". Also, we were coming from Kosovo. Our phones did not work at all in Serbia. Make sure you have another way to contact the host in case there is an emergency. Parking on the street is difficult, however, there was a parking garage a few blocks away that we ended up using. We prefer to leave our car in a garage so this was not a problem for us. I think it was 40 Euro to park for the 3 days. The apartment was about a 10-20 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great time and loved this "city living" experience.
