A Fantastic Place to Vacation
Can’t say enough positive things about this vacation rental. The apartment was, in a word, fantastic. The apartment was very roomy with comfortable accommodations. The deck overlooking the beach was a great place to relax and take in both the sunrise and sunset. All of the appliances were updated and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our visit. Access to the beach from the apartment was very convenient. And Grand-Case itself is simply amazing. An awesome beach that was clean and calm with warm waters. We drove all around the island checking out the various beaches but none were as nice and inviting as Grand Case. The apartment is also just a short walk to a vast assortment of amazing restaurants (strongly recommend L’ Escapade, Ocean 82 and L’ Ausberge). Not to mention a nice bakery, convenient markets, pharmacy and water sports (check out Octopus Diving in Grand Case). But the folks at Blue Marine, especially Fanny, are awesome. Fanny is great! She met us at the apartment to help settle us in and was available to us all week when we had questions or needed recommendations on places to go or get directions. Their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get away on St. Martin.

Look no further!
We had a wonderful stay here! It looks exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony and living room is absolutely priceless! I loved waking up every morning and having coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the beautiful turquoise water. Some of our favorite evenings were bringing in take out and eating on the balcony with our two sons ages 2 and 4. For those with little ones, you know how challenging and not relaxing it can be at dinner entertaining them, so this was perfect. We still got to spend quality family time together with an AMAZING view AND relax :) Location is perfect! You literally walk right out onto the beach. No packing up the car and the kids. We stayed in off season, but literally felt like we had a private beach because it is not crowded or touristy like most of the other beaches in St. Martin. It's within walking distance to all of the delicious French restaurants and some fun bars on the beach where we would go for a sunset cocktail. There was also a yummy French bakery closeby where we went for croissants and quiche a few mornings. Alexandra and Fanny were wonderful and were quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. We usually stay at resorts when we travel so we weren't sure how this would work out, but honestly it couldn't have been more perfect! The only one thing I would mention is that if you are traveling with little ones the stairs can be a bit scary since they don't have a baby gate. There is one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. Our two year old was old enough to understand not to climb up them, but it still made me feel a little uneasy at night. We had a video monitor with us so that made me feel more comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation that's seems so far away from it all (yet really is so close) look no further! You won't be disappointed.

Super sejour
Appartement très bien placé sur la plage de grand case avec une vue magnifique le matin au réveil le seul défaut du bruit lorsque l'on dort dans la chambre qui donne à l'arrière du bâtiment car la rue qui passe est bruyante dès le matin de très bonne heure

Great views, lots of space, great location.
We are a family of four, coming for a beach vacation. It was our first time in St. Martin, and we were not disappointed! The apartment is just as described, exactly like the pictures, and the sunset is absolutely lovely to watch. It is steps from the beach and some great cafes, which offer free beach chairs if you buy drinks. Our favorite (and the closest to the apartment) is Captain Frenchy, which also serves breakfast. The servers are wonderful, and there's wifi! Also on the apartment-- the coordinator, Fanny, is a gem. She met us at the apartment with welcome drinks (water and soda), with her adorable little assistant :). Although we came much later than projected, she was absolutely understanding and welcoming, as well as attentive throughout our stay. Overall, we loved the place and we plan to come back soon.

Beautiful appartment - perfect location
Stayed at this apartment with friends. We loved the space, and the way it was tastefully decorated. The place had plenty of towels, change of sheets and many other things that made it seem like home. We especially loved the living and balcony, the view from the living room looking at the ocean was priceless. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious. The location of the apartment is pure perfection for St Martin, as with most other places we have stayed in on the island you have to drive for everything. With this apartment, you had the option of NOT driving to many restaurant in Grand Case, you can walk to all the action areas without living in them. You have countless choices of places to eat and drink. If ever I am on the island again, I would only look to stay at this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. The place is perfect for two couples, family or a group of friends. We particularly enjoyed taking a walk on Grand Case beach, which the apartment is directly on, walking to the various restaurant close by and watching sunset from the balcony overlooking the sea. Fanny and Baby A provided excellent service. Fanny was always smiling and happy to help with every query we had. Thank you for making our holiday even better. From Mustafa, Kingsley and Dje
