The pool was not clean and turned green. When pool people came, they said the pool had not had any attention in quite a while. We had to stay out of the pool for three days. They put chemicals in to clear it up.

Very good but could be great with small adjustments.
The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. The pullout sofa that turns into a bed was uncomfortable, so we went and got a 3-inch topper to make it more comfortable. Other beds were comfortable but pillows also were not the best. The sound from main TV was quite poor and beach chairs were very cheap. An overall very good vacation experience, but these small changes would make everything five stars.

First time Marco guest
Marco was absolutely beautiful. We rented a boat and had so much fun exploring the island; there were so many dolphins! The house was even more beautiful in person and incredibly clean. The type of clean that makes you feel a home. The pool was great, we used it daily and ate all of our meals outside in the great outdoor furniture. Pool maintenance came on Tuesday but was nice and didn't disturb us at all. Kitchen had high quality equipment and more than enough supplies. Towels were all very soft and clean. The street is incredibly quiet. We never even saw a neighbor. One of the bikes was in really good condition but the other looked like it had been wrecked and not repaired. We were able to do small repairs to make it ridable but if you're planning on riding daily I'd rent one. GREAT location, we took the bikes to the beach twice which was maybe a 5-10 minute ride but could have been walked as well. It is also very very close to amazing restaurants and and ice cream shop. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this property was AMAZING. THe house was stunning and a prime location. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your home. We hope to be able to rent it again next year! If I could buy it I would!

Great place to chill
Outside area perfect for pool lovers, sunbathers, relaxing outside in the shade to read, or fishing on the dock. Nice and quiet, seems a mainly owner-residential area rather than made up of lots of holiday lets. About a mile from supermarket, restaurants, beach… walkable 20 mins..but if hot that’s a bit of a trail. Good comms from Katelyn in the Management company. Would recommend
