Moose Condo is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

Recently renovated with vinyl wood flooring in the living area and kitchen, new carpet in the bedroom, new furniture and mountain modern decor, and fresh interior paint, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite!

The owners, Dale and Twilla, invite you to enjoy staying in their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. This condo is a bright condo with a 270 degree view and natural sunlight.

1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Moose Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 849 square feet which sleeps 5 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed and a twin loft bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom.

WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals.

DINING AREA
The dining table seats 4 guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and a large sitting chair.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.

COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.

COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Best place ever
Everything was the best. Beautiful place, perfect location to the slopes, great location to rent skis, close to all the restaurants. Lots of room, comfortable bed, very nice kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Loved the decor!! It was clean and they provided lots of towels. The view was Amazing. The amenities were the best. Loved the work out room, pools and hot tubs. We are looking forward to coming back to this condo. Thank you for sharing your place.

Location and convenience (need I say more?) This past March was my family’s first trip to Breckenridge, so there was much uncertainty while trying to plan for a place we’ve never been to before. After much research, I found Peak 9 to be the desirable location, and boy was the research correct. I was blessed to of found Twilla and the condo she had to offer. This condo is centrally located (in my opinion) around everything. It is steps to the Quicksilver lift, across the street from Blue River Ski Rentals and what seems like every restaurant in Breckenridge. This condo made our trip! We will only be staying in this location when we visit Breck.

Great skin vacation
Peak 9 Moose Cabin was the perfect spot for our first time taking our kids out West to ski. The Quicksilver lift was a short walk from the building. The amenities were wonderful after a long day of skiing. We used the hot tub and the gaming room each night.it was easy to walk into town for dinner and shopping. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was clean and comfortable! Twills was very helpful with check in and check out! We hope to go back soon!

Great location, and room was clean and quiet!
Easy to navigate to and from the room for skiing at Breck. If staying longer I would’ve enjoyed cooking in a few meals, but only stayed 2 nights and access to restaurants was super easy so took the easy route! The condo was clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

Wonferful stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and had a great view and well thought out amenities. They had smart TVs which was so nice because i mean- who is not in the middle of a series! The BEOC is directly below the building and you literally walk out the door and are at the lift! Everything you need is within walking distance and the pool, sauna, steam room, gaming area was recently redone and its so nice. Our teenage sons actually play old school games with us and we all enjoy the entire area! We had a great stay and will certainly be back!

We are a family of four who fell in love with Breckenridge many years ago. We purchased our first "home away from home" in Breckenridge in 2001. We sold our studio condo, and upgraded to a one bedroom at The Village at Breckenridge in 2007. We love living in Colorado, where we enjoy skiing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We enjoy sharing our mountain home with you as our guests, and work hard to make your stay a wonderful experience. Our goal is to provide you with all the comforts of home and charms of Breckenridge.

Breckenridge has so much to offer with it's beautiful landscape and small town charms. Dale fell in love with Breck long ago, when he worked as a photographer for the ski resort in 1982. Twilla came here with Dale for the first time in 1996, and quickly fell in love with Breck's beauty and charms. We dreamed of owning a second home here, and realized that dream in 2001. We starting bringing our children here on family vacations, and continue to make memories here. From a less whimsical perspective, the top three reasons we bought the Moose Condo were location, location, location.

A movie quote sums up our Breck story best - “This is my most special place in all the world... once a place touches you like this, the wind never blows so cold again."
