Unsere moderne Anlage direkt am Strand mit 24 Stunden Sicherheitsdienst liegt zwischen Casa Marina Beach und Sosua am Meer. Unser lokaler Hausverwalter sorgt dafür, dass Sie alles haben, was Sie brauchen.

Gehen Sie die Treppe hinunter und ein paar Schritte und Sie können im Meer schwimmen oder am Strand spazieren. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, liegen Sie auf Liegen an unserem Pool unter Sonnenschirmen und beobachten, wie die Palmen schwingen
zu einem Ocean Soundtrack.

Die Stadt, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars und Restaurants erreichen Sie in nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist kein Auto erforderlich, aber wenn Sie eines mieten, verfügen wir über einen sicheren Privatparkplatz.

Wir haben unsere Wohnung mit dem besten Sealy King-Size-Bett und Ledersesseln im Theaterstil ausgestattet, damit Sie sich auf unserem neuen 39-Zoll-HDTV-LCD-Fernseher mit HBO, Cinemax und Showtime entspannen können.

Speisen Sie auf unserem übergroßen Balkon oder auf der Granitinsel.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen übergroßen, raumhohen Spiegel, der den Ozean hereinzieht. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben jeweils eine eigene Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch einen Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 Liegestühle im Heimkino-Stil und 2 gepolsterte Stühle.

Das übergroße Schlafzimmer hat hohe Decken, 4 Fenster und
eine buttergelbe beruhigende Farbe mit weißem Kronenformteil. Das Sealy Posturepedic King Bett bietet himmlischen Schlaf. Der Zederschrank im Schlafzimmer bedeckt eine ganze Wand. Wir haben neben Salzlampen auch weiße Nachttische.

Unsere luxuriöse moderne Wohnung verfügt über Granit, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Steinböden. Unser Badezimmer ist aus Stein und Fliesen und verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche
Combo. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche auf dem Gelände, wenn Sie aus dem Strand kommen oder am Pool und Whirlpool liegen.

Waschküche ist im Erdgeschoss. Normalerweise können Sie montags und freitags um 11 Uhr den Obst-LKW nebenan erreichen. Unten können 5 Gallonen Wasserkrüge bei der Sicherheit abgerufen werden.

Unsere Lieblingsbeschäftigung in der Vergangenheit ist das Frühstück und die Happy Hour auf dem Balkon, wo wir die Meeresbrise spüren und den Ozean bis zu den Bergen des Berges beobachten. Isabel in Puerto Plata. Genießen Sie auch die karibische Vegetation unseres Komplexes, der den Charme und die natürliche Schönheit der Dominikanischen Republik bewahren soll. Beobachten Sie um 22 oder 12 Uhr, wie die Katamarane auf ihrem Schnorchelausflug vorbeifahren.

Exellent stay
My wife & i stayed at this location for 15 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner answered all our questions with a prompt response. Beach front property with a beach literally seconds away & another two beaches 10 minutes away. Restaurants & grocery stores all close enough to walk. We chose Sosua for the snorkeling & found the snorkeling at Sosua Beach excellent. We could swim to the reef right from the beach.

Great condo on the Beach
Great Condo on the Beach in Sosua...walking distance to everything....great security......high ceilings and tile floor....everything you need in the kitchen....great ocean view from the living room through the large french doors....nice balcony. Only negative I had was the Air Conditioning, there are two air units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The unit in the bedroom isn't large enough to cool the entire condo, it is perfect for the bedroom. Upon arrival Wendy met me at the property, the condo was vacant and was extremely hot. She turned on both air conditioners and indeed the fans were working, she instructed me to keep the bedroom door closed as to cool the bedroom more efficiently. I assumed that the air conditioners were working, and had left the condo to enjoy Sosua. When I returned hours later I walked into a very hot condo!!! The air unit in the living room was only blowing air not cooling at all, I went into the bedroom and thank goodness that unit was cooling the room. I talked to the security guard to get help and he said it would be taken care of the next day. Well, to make a long story short, I had no air conditioning in the main living area for 2 and 1/2 days. On the third day it was finally fixed but I was instructed that the remote control would not be working, so I had to use the breaker switch to turn on and off the air conditioning. I was staying at the unit in Sept which is very hot and humid, I had to open all the windows and doors to get some sort of relief from the heat. Thank goodness the bedroom unit was working, at least I could sleep comfortable. This is the first time that I have written a review, I travel very frequently and I don't complain about the small stuff, but I need air conditioning when it is that hot and humid.

We Loved It
We give this location a five star review for many reasons. If you are looking for a place that is truly beautiful, private, boutique, yet in-town and close to everything, this place is for you. We love it. First, the images on this site accurately represent the location. It really is as beautiful as it looks. The pool and the gorgeous beach are just as close as they look, literally steps away, and you can easily walk anywhere in town. Restaurants, shopping and bars are super close. The condo is spacious, comfortable, private, safe, well-stocked, quiet and lovely. Equally important, the Wi-Fi and A/C work perfectly. The balcony is very private. Also, the owner is extremely helpful with responses, suggestions and securing transportation to and from the airport. Do note that the sun comes in very early and very bright in the bedroom. Also, note that the available beach area is very small, but gorgeous. We were asked to pay to use the sun loungers that belonged to the resort to the left of the condo. We were unaware of this policy and just brought down the loungers from the condo.

Lovely condo! Great Location!
My Hubby and I stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be everything we were looking for. Steps to the beach, walking distance to everything, peaceful and relaxing. Lots of space for two people and lovely views with sunsets! We felt very safe and all the staff we dealt with were great! There was only a couple of minor things we would of liked, a larger coffee pot, a better water dispenser. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable but it would of been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. We would go back for sure!!

Love to swim, snorkel, walk, photography, views, sunsets, music and travel. From the states, but always searched for a place on the beach. Visited the Dominican Republic and fell in love with the people and beaches. Love modern but comfortable high end living.

Amazing views on a wonderful swimming beach. Sounds of the ocean 24 hours a day. Only beachfront condo where you can walk a few steps and you are on a swimming beach. I love just going downstairs in my bathing suit, not having to pack anything and jump into the ocean and then take an outdoor shower overlooking the ocean.
Chose this unit because it has a 2nd floor location with privacy and full on straight unobstructed view of the ocean. We looked at all the luxury complexes and loved this one since we didn't have to walk anywhere to go to the beach. We also chose it because there are other condos near the ocean but when we looked at the water we thought it was pretty but too rough for swimming. We also didn't want a huge impersonal sterile condo complex. We wanted and found the charm and intimacy of a complex with only 14 units. Built by the top builder on the North Coast who was committed to preserving as much nature as possible. Love the oversized balcony, living room, bedroom and bathroom built with high end modern touches tile floors and custom stonework. I love that the
Galeria only has 14 units giving it a high end boutique hotel charm in an intimate setting. Love the location too since we love to walk everywhere and prefer not to have a car. Love being on the ocean but only an 8 minute walk to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Our place is perfect for the laid-back Caribbean life. Love our security guards and being able to enjoy watersports, snorkeling and diving trips at the hotel next door. Love being on the balcony with my laptop and great internet service. Love laying on our theater style lounger watching all the TV we could ever imagine. We bought this for the view and swimming but furnished it for optimum comfort and relaxation.
