A spacious, 3 bedroom, ground floor apartment, cool, well equipped and luxuriously furnished.
The spacious living room has a well equipped Italian kitchen at one end and a comfortable sitting area with 2 stylish sofas at the other. Even on the hottest day, with the air conditioning turned off, the coolness of the interior strikes you.
On the Adriatic island of Brac, we have two terraces with fantastic stunning sea views across to the Dalmatian coast and mountains behind. The inner terrace is our summer dining room. Enjoy an evening drink here before the 3 minute stroll by the beach to one of the charming restaurants on the harbour.
There is a parking space for guests.
There is a shower room with WC and a separate toilet with WC and wash basin. The three, well furnished bedrooms have comfortable beds and ample storage space. Sleeping room is for up to 5 adults and a child as the 6th guest.
Consistent with the Croatians’ sensitive approach to development, the apartment is set back from the beach about 70 metres, with a few pine trees between us and the sea
The sea view across to the coast of Dalmatia is a delight. Sit and enjoy it of a warm evening. Sip the wine, taste the olives and watch the yachts hurrying towards their over night berth. Having worked up an appetite, stroll down to the shoreline, turn left and walk along the waterfront.
After three minutes you arrive at the picturesque harbour, with many small and colourful fishing boats. Here is the pizza restaurant, with inexpensive meals and take away.
Perhaps you stroll a few more yards to where the main street joins the harbour at Mikki's restaurant and bar, a firm favourite among our guests.
If you walk up the pretty palm-lined High Street and turn left you come to another excellent restaurant. Or you may continue your stroll around the harbour, past a charming wine and food bar and another reasonably priced bar, until you reach another favourite - the Bokuncin restaurant with its tables on the harbour edge (you MUST try the chocolate cake!). A few steps more and you get to the the Palma Bar, another good restaurant with its dining area on supports above the sea and reasonable prices
You could walk for perhaps another 15 minutes, past, 2 more bars, to a disco bar / restaurant on a pretty Likva bay.
There is a parking space for guests. There are many interesting places to visit on the island if you have a car but many guests (and the hosts) have enjoyed their holiday without one.
