The house is a typical home of the Ente Maremma built at the beginning of the 20th century. Located on a panoramic hill, it is surrounded by a garden and an olive grove and some fruit trees on a land of about 2 hectares. A small annex and its extension of contemporary design complete the property. The renovation and the new extension have equipped the house with all the comforts respecting the original architectural features. The stone building has a sloping tiled roof and an external staircase that connects the two floors of the house.
