A spacious and very clean apartment, furnished to a high standard, in a recently built, quiet and privately owned complex.

We also own another one bedroom apartments on the 6th floor (Penthouse - sea view to Los Gigantes cliffs) - please double check availability as this may be available instead (unless 'blocked' on Calendar).

Please also note that we do not accept bookings for longer than 21 nights.

Bath and shower facilities plus bidet, sockets for hair dryer and shaver, marble sink with large mirror. Fully fitted kitchen includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, plus breakfast bar with stools. Bedroom includes double bed, large wardrobe with sliding doors, safe, wall lamps, large wall mirror, bedside tables and lamps. Lounge area comprises two seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, wall bureau, wall & standard lamps, TV. Large terrace furnished with table and chairs - with unrivalled sea views and of Los Gigantes cliffs. Complex includes two large swimming pools, two children's pools, two Jacuzzis and free sun beds. Lifts to all floors. Within short walking distance of all local amenities including an array of restaurants, cafes and bars and designer shops. Short coastal walk into beautiful harbour town of Los Gigantes. Car hire readily available. Apartment Managers on call to help with any issues. Secure underground parking available at £15 per week.


About Puerto Santiago/Los Gigantes: Puerto Santiago is host to many excellent restaurants and cafes, and a large range of shops. In July and August there are annual week-long fiestas with open air mass, fun fair, live salsa and mambo bands and spectacular firework displays. There is a wide variety of bars to choose from and many have night-time entertainment suitable for all the family including singers, comedians and flamenco dancers – all within a short walking distance. And recently opened is a first class spa and health centre at the Hotel Barcelo just a few minutes walk away.

The Blue Flag beach of Playa de la Arena is a 10 minute walk or there is a small beach and fishing port just 5 minutes walk. Opposite the complex is a coastal walkway into the beautiful harbour town of Los Gigantes (10 minutes), which also boasts many restaurants, bars and designer shops. This walkway also takes you past Crab Island where you will find a natural swimming pool which is free for public use.



Local Attractions: Dolphin and whale spotting excursions are readily available at Los Gigantes harbour, as are Banana Boat rides and Jet Ski hire. The Masca guided walk is recommended for keen walkers. Masca is an ancient mountainside village with many flora and fauna unique to the area. The excellent Lora Parq zoo is approx one hours drive towards the North of the Island and coach tours are also available. Excursions to the Mounte Teide volcano are also readily available or it is just 40 minutes drive.

Restful break.
The apartment was like home from home it had everything that we needed and the view was amazing. It was very clean and well presented. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds available. All the amenities were in 5 -10mins walking distance. Overall we had a very restful break.

Amazing place!
The apartment is just perfect. Fully equipped, with amazing view of Los Gigantes from the huge balcony, lots of space inside. Great location, close to the shops and restaurants in the tourist area as well as to the more local places. The entire estate, communal pool and common areas were clean and well maintained. The entire place has good atmosphere, not too busy but at the same time not too boring, just perfect balance.

Zeer aangenaam appartementje!
Verzorgd appartementje voor 2 personen. Wij komen al meerdere jaren naar Tenerife en kenden de buurt maar dit complex heeft wel een ideale ligging. Alles is nabij, winkels, restaurants, cafés, zee… Ook een prachtig zicht op de kliffen van Los Gigantes. We misten wel een beetje gezelligheid in het appartement en vooral ook een koffiezetapparaat maar verder was alles top. Helaas geen zon op het terras als je eind oktober gaat.

Très bon accueil dans cette belle Résidence, très bien situé,l'appartement est très agréable, Bien équipé mais méritarait un renouvelement de quelques ustensiles de cuisine un peu fatigués (couteaux, bouilloire,et.. et Peut être aussi les matelas de la chambre un peu trop souples à notre goút. Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour à Tenerife, Nous y reviendrons súrement très vite

Self Catering Holiday in Puerto De Santiago, Tenerife
We arrived at the property location late on a Sunday evening. Our driver had a little difficulty in locating the property as the Balcon Los Gigantes apartments are not signed as other hotels and apartments are. This should be addressed. However, this is not the fault of the apartment owner. The security for the building is very good and the information we received prior to our arrival at the apartment from the owner "Suzy" was excellent. The entrance hallway, elevators and corridors are spotlessly clean. The corridors are illuminated on time switches which are conveniently located throughout the corridors. Initially, one can get a little disorientated in the complex, but after a few days you soon find your way around. The apartment was superb for our two and a half week stay over Christmas and New Year. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is in the apartment. All aspects of the apartment was clean and very comfortable. The balcony is spacious enough to accommodate the comfortable sunbeds, table and chairs and even the clothes drier. The big plus is that you can sun bathe all day on this balcony. So unless you want a swim in the spacious clean pool, you can relax in the sunshine all day and admire the sea view and the island of La Gomera. The bedroom is spacious with ample clothing storage, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean and spacious. There are bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacies all nearby. There is a Lidl supermarket just a short walk up the hill. The apartment complex is in an excellent position to enjoy coastal walks into Puerto De Santiago or Los Gigantes. The apartment manager Dave can be easily contacted and will happily and quickly attend to any pressing or urgent needs. The property owner Suzy is very helpful with any queries. The only thing that the apartment lacked was an information pack concerning bus routes/timetables, activities and general local information. To summarise, this is the best self catering holiday my wife and I have ever had. We will definitely book a stay at this apartment on our future return to Tenerife.

Our apartments are jointly owned by the family and we all enjoy regular trips to Tenerife. With busy careers and businesses we find the apartments a great place to relax and re-charge our batteries. We live close to the Epsom Downs race course and are regular race-goers.

It is carefully cleaned and maintained by our excellent and helpful Apartment Managers, as is the rest of the complex. It is privately owned and usually very peaceful.

We own three apartments within this complex. The apartment advertised here is on the fifth floor. We also have apartments on the 6th (Penthouse with sea view) and 4th floors (with excellent sea view to the island of La Gomera).
