Heart of New Orleans
This property was perfect for us. Walking distance to all of the French Quarter, and Arnaud’s front door was literally right across the street. The property was very well maintained and had a great air conditioner that cools us off almost instantly after a hot day walking around. The owner was super helpful and instantly available during the check in process even though it was 1:30AM. Thank you for the fantastic stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Could do better
Getting into the actual rental is inconvenient. You have to follow someone in or out because the keys are in the apartment, but there is a secure door at the front of the complex. Wyatt stated if we had problems to call him. We tried to call him, no answer nor did he return call. We finally followed someone in after waiting 15 min. It was clean and nice; however, missing alot of things we are used to host providing. The mirror in the hall bathroom was gone, barely any toilet paper, no paper towels, no bathmats or extra towels to be able to put down. There is a Keurig machine, but no pods, so no way to make coffee. I had to move the kitchen trash can into the bathroom because there are no bathroom trash cans, which is weird especially for females. It did state in the add that it was noisy. It is VERY loud all day and night. The walls and windows are paper thin, literally. You can hear outside noise and neighbors like they were in the unit with you. We dont sleep much when in NOLA, but would like to at least get 5-6 hours of sleep...you wont be able to in this rental unless you sleep very hard. Also, we paid for parking in advance $100; $50 per night. Was not happy when we arrived and could've parked at the garage regardless for $36 per night. We dont drive anywhere once we are there, so could've saved some money by just paying at the garage ourselves. We wont stay here again. Its just too noisy and the host doesn't provide what other hosts do.

Nice property for adults
This property is super convenient to French Quarter. Accommodations were clean, fun, and comfortable, but noisy. VERY thin walls between units and obvious smoking in adjacent units. This is a residential building. We stayed over a weekend and the outside noise from nighttime partygoers and honking vehicles was disruptive to sleep. Hosts were very responsive. Overall it was a good stay.
