Anthony is an amazing host. He make took care of everything with reservation and was available everytime I needed any answer. I give him 5 star. The villa that I stayed is beautiful and Lifestyle resort is beautiful but services and maintenance is the worst. I will give the resort for service and maintenance 1 star. Is so sad and disappoint that a beautiful resort like this one has such bad services. Food wasn’t the best neither. I been to many resorts at Dominican Republic less then 5 stars that has much better service and food then this one.

We didn’t get what we reserved.
We reserved a villa ten months in advance and the day we were traveling the resort tried to put my group of 15 into a two bedroom suite where two couples would have had to share a two queen bedroom. We eventually were given more rooms; however, I thought we were guaranteed the accommodations we reserved.

Great Villa and a fun time with friends and family
Our group of 10 vacationed at Lifestyles in February 2016. Tony and Jackie did a great job preparing us for our vacation. Tony provided all the information we needed, coordinated our reservation with the resort and kept in constant communication with us. The day after we arrived, I received a text from Tony to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. We did have a few minor problems and Tony was very quick to email his contacts at the resort to ensure our problems were quickly addressed. The resort is huge. The golf cart we were provided only had room for 4 but the shuttle service the resort provides to get around was quick and efficient. Although it was 'high' season, the resort did not feel crowded. Because we booked through Tony and Jackie, we received gold bands which gave us access to some areas where others could not go. There are many beaches and all were beautiful. Although we were a large group, we did not have a problem finding space together on any of the beaches we went to. The restaurants and the food were very good. Our maid/chef prepared an amazing breakfast for us in our villa where we enjoyed it by our private pool every morning. If you are interested in vacationing in Puerto Plata, I would highly recommend booking through Tony and Jackie. They were great to work with.
