Dieses Luxusapartment wurde von der britischen Olympiamannschaft vor den Olympischen Spielen in Athen genutzt und befindet sich in idealer Lage im exklusiven Dorf Helios Heights. Sie haben die Wahl zwischen 2 großen Pools und einer geräumigen Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen. Sie sind nur einen Steinwurf von allen Einrichtungen des wundervollen Aphrodite Hills Resorts entfernt, darunter ein 18-Loch-Golfplatz und 3 vollständige Übungslöcher, Tennisplätze mit Meisterschaftsstandard und das preisgekrönte Wellnesscenter The Retreat. Sie sind auch nicht mehr als ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von den Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants im Dorfzentrum entfernt. Great apartment, spacious and convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Conveniently located on resort (5 mins to restaurants and shops) and close by to the fantastic pool which was empty most of the time. The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything you might need on holiday. The girls loved the internet tv with all the free films and the free wifi was great too. The air conditioning was a complete godsend and much appreciated in the hot weather. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment
We've just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday staying in this apartment. The resort is excellent, especially for families and the swimming pools in Helios Heights were spotlessly clean (as was the whole resort). The apartment is perfectly situated - less than 30 seconds from the swimming pools and a leisurely 10 mins walk from the village square alongside the golf driving range. Everything was as described and was exactly what we were expecting. The air conditioning was incredibly efficient (and much needed!) and the views from all 3 balconies great. The Haagen Dazs ice cream parlour was definitely over visited and the on site restaurants all provided good quality food. Aphrodite Hills is ideally located between Paphos and Limassol with lots to do and Pisspouri Bay and Village are well worth a visit. We will definitely be returning to Aphrodite Hills and highly recommend a stay in apartment ZD11!

Exactly what I was looking for!
Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment and a great location in Aphrodite Hills - short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Area was nice and quiet, easy check in/out, hassle free, would definitely recommend!

Home from home in the sun
We really enjoyed our week in Simon's apartment. It really was a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The apartment is in a really central part of the resort which means you can easily walk to the restaurants and shops. We had a fun Saturday night in the pub watching an English football game, then the locals arrived to watch a Cypriot football game! My husband enjoyed the golf course and I had a couple of rides at the local riding centre. The centre is run by a lovely English lady and I had a fantastic hack in the beautiful Cypriot countyside. We got the apartment for a bargain rental price and it was fantastic value for money. The water was hot, the internet worked perfectly and the kitchen appliances were clean and worked well. It would have been nice to have had satellite TV as there were no real English channels but there was a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. I heartily recommend Simon's apartment and Aphrodite Hills for a great holiday.

Elaine Head of International Compliance at major investment bank- not much spare time but main enjoyments similar to above, though keeping fit generally, not cricket and golf. We have two sons, aged 25 and 24.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Having holidayed in Cyprus a couple of times we already loved the climate, food and people- and the general ambience and variety of the island. In 2002 Aphrodite Hills was little more than a golf course with a luxury clubhouse and a couple of show villas. However it was clearly going to be a luxury development with a fantastic location and top class facilities.
We were sure that rental customers would love the island and the venue as much as we did.
We bought a three bed apartment off plan and a 1500sq.m plot. The apartment was completed in 2004 and we completed the building of our 4 bed villa in 2008.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The apartment has all mod cons and is easy walking distance of the Village Centre, right next to the golf club, golf driving range and practice holes, the tennis academy and the Retreat Health Spa. The large Helios Heights pool, with sunbeds, showers and children's pool, is under one minute from the front door. The villa, situated in the most peaceful area of the resort, is our sanctuary, with all the facilities we could need, lovely gardens that attract a variety of birds, great pool and barbecue and wonderful views out to sea. Our guests love the place-the fact that we have a number of repeat visitors speaks for itself!
