It is tastefully furnished and extensively equipped.

The rear terrace is a superb dining/sunbathing area with a built in BBQ, new dining table, 8 chairs, large parasol, bench seating and sun beds. Unlike other El Rancho villas, we have an additional front terrace, with awning, ensuring sunshine at the villa throughout the day or evening. There are double doors from the open plan, extended living/dining room to all terraces. The living room has a wall mounted 48" Digital TV and a DVD player, four seater leather sofa, leather recliner chairs, scatter cushions and a coffee table. The modern kitchen has a large archway through to the dining table. The Master bedroom has been extended with a large alcove for a cot/Z bed.
