An amazing apartment
A truly fantastic apartment, with every facility anyone could possibly want. It was spotlessly clean and a great deal of thought had gone into the furnishings, making it very comfortable. We would go so far as to say it is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and have no negative comments to make. We would certainly recommend the apartment and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic home from home apartment
We had a fantastic stay at this modern, clean, home from home apartment. It was so pristine with so much attention to detail. Been next io the pool was fantastic, only the odd person came up to the pool so it seemed like it was our own pool which was great. All the people staying in the partments were nice and it was so peaceful. We would defintely recommend this place and definitely return. It was so spacious and even the bed was comfy !

Husband and I stayed for a week after Christmas. From the word go it was a simple process with great communication from Helen, directions and contact for Mojacar. Apartment was a real pleasure to stay in, beautifully decorated, comfortable a little home from home. Comfy bed, little extras around ...I appreciated the sewing kit ...can’t fault. Location is terrific, good parking and a minute from the beach, restaurants etc but quiet. All in all I would thoroughly recommend and hope to stay again. Thank you Helen and Richard.

A compact well equipped apartment, a short walk from the sea front and good restaurants.
The apartment is in a small complex just back from the seafront, so lacks sea views but when we were there (in the winter) was quiet and very peaceful. There is no dedicated parking and an uneven forecourt and a flight of steps, past the pool, to the property is not ideal if anyone has mobility difficulties.
The apartment itself is compact and friendly. Both bedrooms are ensuite although again compact best describes them. There is a small patio area but the apartment is right next to the pool which was fantastic during the winter as no one used it but could be an issue in the summer when it could be noisy and there would be no privacy. However when we were there it was warm, peaceful and quiet with only one other apartment occupied until 2 days before we left when the apartment above us was in use. The soundproofing is poor and noise travelled intrusively into our apartment and would have been an issue if they had beeen there for the whole of our stay.
The apartment has almost everything you need (oven gloves would be a real bonus!) and the hob, if you decide to eat in, is challenging to operate. We were without water for a period of 12 hours at one stage apparently due to work being undertaken in the area so we were not alone but it would have been good to know. I tried to contact the agent but it was at the weekend and didn't get a response until the issue was resolved.
Having said all that, the apartment is located a few hundred yards from the sea although it is not visible from the complex and there are excellent restaurants on the doorstep. This is a very British part of Spain so not really for those seeking something more authentic although some of the local towns and villages are worth a visit.

During the months of September to June this is a peaceful block of apartments. July and August are busy months in Mojacar, so guests should expect more people about the complex and pool. We will definitely replace the oven gloves. We have an agent 100 yards from our apartment. She will be there to help during office hours.
Mojacar is a beautiful seaside resort (often voted in the top 2 most picturesque in Spain) with an idyllic climate providing glorious sunshine and warmth all year. Hence it is beloved by the discerning Brits and Spaniards alike. The Spanish flock here during July and August. During the winter months many happy Brits come to escape our winter. If you wish to stay in this stunning area but want a more Spanish experience we recommend you eat when and where they do. This means eating later and particularly on a Sunday afternoon starting at 2pm. We would be happy to supply a list of more 'Spanish' restaurants in the area. Also, go to the many markets which the Spanish love.
Es gibt viel für die ganze Familie einnehmen, wenn Sie bleiben bei Cueva del Lobo. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt für die Kleinen. Es gibt Mini-Golf in der Saison. Umgebung von Vera gibt es einen Wasserpark. Für ältere Kinder gibt es eine Go-Kart-Bahn ca. 7 km entfernt. In der Hochsaison gibt es Wassersportarten zu genießen. Für die älteren Familienmitglieder gibt es top Nachtclubs ca. 2 km entlang der Küste in Mojacar Playa. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Golfplätzen für die Sportler und einem Markt in einem anderen Dorf an jedem Tag der Woche für die süchtig nach Shopping. Unser Favorit ist Villaricos, aber lassen Sie uns wissen Sie. Ein Highlight für die ganze Familie könnte Freitagabend an der bekannten Steak House, wenn sie eine authentische Flamenco Nacht. Achten Sie darauf, buchen, da es immer besetzt ist. Dieses familienfreundliche Ferienhaus wird ein Ort, um Erinnerungen zu machen.
